When you are craving something sweet but want to put good nutritious things into your body, this smoothie is perfect! Filled with spinach, mint, dates, almond butter, banana, protein powder, flaxseed and your liquid of choice, there's so many superfoods packed in.
Prep:
-I love having chopped frozen bananas in the freezer at all times to whip up a smoothie without any effort
-Same with spinach!
-Dates can be chopped at any point in advance
Tips:
-You can use whatever liquid you want here- coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk, coconut water, or regular water
-Adding in chia seeds or spirulina powder would add an extra boost of nutrition
Leftovers:
-If you ever make too much of a smoothie for what you want in the moment, freeze it in ice cube trays! This way all you have to do to make a smoothie is add some liquid and blend it
